Installation

Keypad:

Two concealed #4 x 3/4" screws. Outside keypad is wired to inside control box with modular telephone cable and connector.

Control Box:

Two #4 x 3/4" screws. Two low voltage wires required to connect from control box to wall push button or terminals on opener.

1. At control box, slide program switch "ON"
2. At keypad, press "Enter," "your code" (up to six digits), and "Enter."
3. At control box, slide program switch "OFF."
